Thursday, April 21, 2011 - Archetypal Provencal Rose - very pale pink, strawberry nose a touch of White pepper. Served fraiche there is more strawberry in the mouth and a flinty mid palate followed by a creamy finish. Great spring/summer wine for the garden or with a salad.
