Saturday, September 17, 2022 - Last bottle. Perfect cork. Pnp. Very deep ruby red with a little bricking. Mature nose of luscious plump red berries, sour cherry, earth, leather, lots of leather, and even a touch of iron. Silky smooth entry. The fruit is starting to dry out a little bit on the palate. But has good weight and balance with a dry finish. Dried red and black berries, leather, stone dust and chalky tannins. Still nice and juicy though. Clearly we'll made and this has been well stored since release but time to drink up. Not disappointed that this is the last one. Caught it while it was just starting to fade. 89 points
