Tuesday, April 20, 2021 - Earthy nose with plums. Smooth entry on the palate leads to drying tannins. Sweet tobacco finish. More red than black fruit. This transformed with Prime Rib and became richer, rounder and the tannins disappeared. A great advert for both the vintage and Cabernet & beef pairing. Drink now with beef or wait another 5 years!
