Friday, December 19, 2014 - Big juicy deep red colour. Smoked meat & game with sweet cherry and tobacco on the nose. Decanted an hour before consuming and was nicely opened up. Solid medium to long finish. High complexity and could use a bit more time to settle down, but not too much more. Will try another in six months.
