Sunday, May 10, 2015 - This has hardly changed in 5 years! Immediately open with it's reassuring St. Julian nose of cherry fruit, leather and damp forest. All in such perfect harmony. Really flavoursome and gummy in the mouth and so vibrant and fresh. Just delicious and fresh drinking. Important to serve this cool or at the proper cellar temperature of 16-17C. It really enhances the flavoursome and you don't get any volatility that results from serving at room temperature of 24C. Sat in a cool water bath and was just perfect drinking right now. Bravo Bruno!
