Saturday, August 5, 2017 - Lovely wine just starting to hit its ideal drinking window. No sediment to speak of. It needed a full hour decant. Beautiful layers of black, blue and red fruits. Some leather, cedar, dried herbs and sweet Oak. Very smooth. Approaching silky. This could get even better over the next several years.
