Saturday, September 15, 2018 - A fabulous bottle, with that typical Ducru velvet mouth feel and lingering ever-changing finish. Beautiful balance between fruit and tannin, with deep and complex flavors. The aroma was very pleasant but not very strong. It is the taste that conquers. Drunk with my attempt at Michel Guérard's roast chicken breast recipe, an excellent match.
