Wednesday, June 22, 2011 - This smells suspiciously like sauvignon blanc but with very nice mineral notes as in a Muscadet; there's also some dried herbs in the nose and a little lemon peel, making this quite layered and fairly complex. The mouth is nicely viscous, very dry, vibrant, with excellent extract and a medium plus finish. Beautiful and classic Verdejo.
