Sunday, September 4, 2011 - Really fresh nose with more weight that you would expect after that nose. Quite grassy, hint of hay with some raspberry and strawberry notes. A touch of lemon and orange but there's not really any particular fruit standing out. Actually there's not much fruit right now, almost like lemon water. Good acidity that cuts the oiliness of the texture. A bitter finish.
