Thursday, December 22, 2016 - December Themed Tastings; 12/22/2016-12/29/2016 (At Home): Deep garnet red. Very rustic nose with lots of minerality and stones interwined with black olives and black tea. Moderate tannins (6/10) and medium bodied. The olive component continued on the palate with a light meaty note and some light cherries. Finish is similar to when we tried it earlier this year, moderate and starts to thin out. Drink now.
