Wednesday, September 25, 2013 - Nose of concentrated fruit sludge (blackberry, cherry), olive and anise. Palate is showing very concentrated blackberry cordial with a side of malic acid. Brown apple and rhubarb on the finish. Despite the intense flavour, it's showing signs of advanced age: a hint of oxidation, full-resolved tannins, and a disintegrated structure. I'm afraid it hasn't aged gracefully.
