Sunday, February 22, 2009 - Pop and poured. Bold initial attack. Strong terroir, earthy and bold. Highly recommend pairing with food (cheese or meat). Paired pork. The pork fat and wine tannins just melted and blended into one savory taste. very smooth, very yummy, very decadent. Picture having chocolate mousse cake and washing it down w/ a glass of milk.
