Thursday, November 24, 2022 - Decanted three hours and enjoyed over dinner. Soft aroma of black fruit and a bit of cigar box. The fruit and earthy forest floor with a bit of the cigar come through on the palate. The soft tannin, bit of acidity and the fruit are in wonderful harmony at this stage. Very enjoyable, nothing stands out too much. I suspect in its prime. 93-94.
