Thursday, January 26, 2023 - Guys night out - ABBC (Anything But Bordeaux or Cabernet): Drank a good-sized glass over 1 hour. This has amazing lift and balance, almost like drinking a champagne in that regard. Of course there is lots of sweetness, but its' so light and effervescent. I can really dig this style of dessert wine.
