Thursday, April 25, 2019 - Excellent wine. I kept trying to find something wrong with it but was unsuccessful, for even as much as I love Huet, I can often find a little something in there that bites at the attraction, particularly the Clos du Bourg bottlings. Not so with this one. Gently sweet and full of lively energy with a beautiful bouquet of flavor. Perfect with spicy Asian cuisine. Tonight it was Sriracha shrimp. Happy to have one more that can sleep for a few more years. 5+12+18+9= 94

10/20/2020 5:43:00 AM - Interesting note. I tend to like my sweet wines “sweet”. Do you think popping one now interesting? Debatimg whether to take delivery of a case bought years ago!
