Sunday, November 28, 2010 - Per Dave's suggestion, I opened the bottle a good couple hours before drinking. Light in color and body. A nice smoky/spicy nose and nicely balanced. I agree with others' notes about this being an old world style wine, which is much to my liking. It was just right with a simple supper of spinach rice soup served with cornbread. It will be interesting to see how this develops over time, but for now - Yum!!!
