Sunday, November 28, 2010 - This young spätlese has a pretty gold hue, slightly imbued with green. I popped and poured and drank for a couple of days. The operative word here is young. The wine has plenty of ripeness and spice. It is really full while still being a little hollow on the swallow. A ton of potential here, but these need to sit a spell.
