Sunday, December 24, 2006 - Christmas Eve extended family dinner. Just a fantastic Cali Chard. Similar profile as the bottle I opened on 12/19/06, with perhaps slightly more intense fruit and interesting additional muskmelon flavors on the palate. Improved steadily with 2-3 hours of air time.
