At a tasting, Hendry served it and told me of his favorite recipe for the wine (pasta, olive oil, garlic and shaved fresh goat cheese - freeze the cheese first to be able to shave it). I tried it and it worked. This wine is a great antidote for cloying and over-oaked whites!
