Thursday, September 11, 2014 - Round, cool fruit, supple. Richer mouthfeel than the 09 horseshoe served alongside it. Notes of cold, rolled steel, like a Dauvissat Preuses and, with more air, a slippery oyster sheel mouthfeel and taste. Really very good indeed.
