Saturday, January 20, 2024 - Nose is assertive strawberry and herbs. Taste is juicy sweet fresh strawberry toned over dry sage. Quite juicy, fresh fruit acid, smelling of bottled up age searching for air. Or, preserved strawberry jelly infused with dry sage leaves. The 2009 Pinot Noir grapes were blessed by Bacchus, picked and bottled by his anointed accolade.
