Wednesday, December 31, 2014 - Nice straw color. Aromas of mango, pineapple, vanilla, lemon meringue and mineral. This is the nicest nose on a Williams Selyem Chardonnay in recent memory. Started off a little shut down because it was too cold but really blossomed once up to proper temperature. On the palate, this wasn't heavy handed at all with flavors pretty similar to what was on the nose. A beautiful chardonnay and reminded me why I love their chardonnays in the first place.
