Saturday, November 9, 2019 - Decanted 90 min and drank 2.5 hrs. Blackish red in color. Napa say hello to BDX in near perfect mix and harmony. Nice inky and glycerin feel without being heavy or viscous. Tannins and oak nicely integrated. Nose of tea, blackberry, blueberry, red fruit and cinnamon. Palate was beautiful mix of red and black fruit, red cherry, black cherry, faint black raspberry, black tea and cinnamon and a med to long finish. A bit of heat on the finish appeared near the end of the bottle, holding the score back.
