Thursday, December 26, 2019 - This bottle was performing much better than the last I had. Double decanted 2 1/2 hours prior to serving and the consumed over about an hour and a half. There were a few dregs I was able to eliminate during decanting. By the end of the evening it was absolutely singing! Delicious, balanced and no where near over ripe. No need to rush as this has years of enjoyment ahead of it but if you want to open one up try decanting for 4+ hours.
