Monday, July 25, 2016 - Very interesting and delicious, albeit unusual aged PN. Complex and dark nose, with some herb and - I called it - tarragon. Palate is lush and rich, without the light lingering most PN strive for...instead, this was big, dark, and fun to contemplate. Savory characteristics matched well with first courses...lovely example of an evolved big PN from RRiver...nice work, JeffM.
