Thursday, February 21, 2013 - Corked pulled and the hazelnut came through. Very nutty nose and a touch of reduction and sulphur at first, blew off into a flinty, nutty white with butterscotch to boot. Very well balanced without the usual 07 sharp acidity, components in good proportions. Without the ultimate density but it will continue to impress you at the end with very long mineral stony finish.
