Friday, February 20, 2009 - Really really nice representation of the Rhone's great rose. Pricier then typical roses, though not unreasonable. Very elegant, dry, but with layers of strawberry and red currant. Big complex aroma. Very nice with spicy steamed mussels and scallop quenelles in blood orange sauce. Will buy again.
