Friday, May 20, 2011 - Holy schnikies! It would take a hydraulic press to get more delicious yummy goodness into this bottle of wine. It's amazing, with juicy and bright fruit, mixed lime and tangerine peel oil, powdered citrus, slightly saline and something akin to gunpowder residue/ mineral-ness. It is as fine and balanced as a wine can be. Again, sweet riesling fruit juicy and bright, and dusted with minerals. I don't know how anyone who likes this wine could ever let it age in his cellar. I'm thinking right now how strongly I feel about pulling another cork.
