Thursday, April 17, 2014 - Day 1, Was off dry to med and good texture great with curry, but the sweetness too much
Day 3, I passed on day 2 came home too late, but Day 3 drinking beautfully, smells like mushroom loire [like Huets can be ] gorgeuos elderberries, honey, white flowers even ahint of botrytis

Conc: Day 1 not excited, day 3 very excited, tells me last bottle needs to be buried for 10-20years
