Saturday, August 4, 2012 - Grenache is not typically my veriatal of choice...but Betz sure steps up there game on this wine. Let it breathe for about 45 minutes (fairly short) but opened up nicely. Very earthy on the nose, and packed with dark fruit. Very smooth drinker, same dark fruit shone through with a bit of spice box. A definite recommendation.
