Tuesday, June 12, 2012 - Farewell to a Great Restaurant (Charlie Trotter's - Chicago IL): From magnum. An exceptional 1976, the best I can ever recall having. Aromas of brown sugar, brown baking spice, roses, leather and well reduced mushrooms. Fully mature fruit on palate, everything in incredible harmony. Long, clean and elegant finish.
