Tuesday, July 5, 2011 - Cloudy yellow. Searing acidity (very sour) on the palate with juicy fresh citrus fruits. Nose was quite reticent but again showed hints of citrus. As it evolved, nose became more herbal with notes of chrysanthemum and other white flowers. The acidity also became more integrated but the intensity was still razor sharp. Probably can age for a long time. Outstanding expression of Chardonnay but might not be for neophytes.
