Sunday, November 20, 2011 - Pop & pour on day 1. Great cherry fruit, earth, nice structure. Skipped day 2, and on day 3 this had slipped a bit. Still great cherry fruit, but the acid or tannins really got in the way, and it became almost astringent on the finish. I think 3 days open was a tad too much, and it started falling apart. Great wine on day 1 though!
