Saturday, January 15, 2011 - Oh my, this is tasty, just oozing with rich, mouth coating fruit, loaded with dried pineapple, guava, apricot, some hints of RS, but enough acidity to provide perfect balance; Love the way this unfolds in layers, particularly in the mid-palate, with a nice, medium long finish. Not a ton of minerality, but will see how it shows after being open 24 hours. Glad to have several of these, and what a QPR at $22. Will hang on to some to see what it becomes over time, but will be hard to keep away from this.
