Tuesday, August 4, 2015 - Per ROCKNROLLER, slow o'd for 8 hours. The nose on this wine was great and complex. Everyone agreed it was a funky Bordeaux nose. The palate is a bit thin and rather green. In fairness, it was less green and had MORE body than most other Loire Cabernet Franc I've had. Still, rather disjointed, and firm tannins. I would like to drink this again in 5 years.
