Saturday, December 5, 2020 - Same bottle as JVIZ served blind the following night. Tools some air to show varietal character but eventually showed some typical cab franc character with polished leafy elements. Palate shows an unexpected roundness and ripeness, probably showing the vintage, but everything in balance and still showing well on night 2. Not a bottling I’m familiar with, definitely one to seek out.
