Saturday, November 27, 2010 - It is quite nice for bit more than 10€ sparkling wine made out of Champagne Grapes (75-25 Pinot Noir-Chardonnay) and produced with champagne-method. It has strawberry on the nose. Quite a lot bubbles but really nice smoothy and creamy texture.
