Saturday, July 17, 2010 - Beautiful. I wanted to wait longer but managed 7 months since opening the last bottle. If the improvement is this great every 7 months then in 12 or so years this is going to be phenomenal. It has lost the rough tannic edges and some of the spice. The palate is violet, cherry and chocolate but the nose is almost as impressive. I decanted for 2 hours and when poured the whole glass was full of violets and cassis. How long can I wait until I open the next one??
