Wednesday, March 21, 2012 - Nose: rich opulent aroma of blaccurant, graphite, prunes and tobacco. Young a bit harsh tannins. Very nice velvety texture, just the right level of acidity, broad wine, almost chewable. Flavours of blaccurant, earth and graphite. Long complex aftertaste. Classy Paulliac, but too early to drink now. Should be at it's peak in no less than 4-5 years.
