Tuesday, September 1, 2015 - First biodynamic vintage.
Nice perfume on the nose. Lots of fruit. Cigar box and perhaps some rose.
Nice feeling in the mouth. Fairly soft tannins and oak much less obvious than the 1996 we recently opened. Black fruits on the palate. Cherry, black currant.
Slightly austere on the finish.
