Friday, December 4, 2015 - The wine looks ruby colored. The legs are slow. There is light sediment in the bottle. It smells like juniper and naphtha. It tastes like juniper berry, lingonberry and sloeberry. The body is medium/full. The wine has coarse texture even though we aerated it for 4,5h before serving. The wine finishes long. The wine has medium acidity.
