Tuesday, April 5, 2011 - Tasted at room temperature after glass decanting about 5 hours. Lots of topical fruit on the nose, with background notes of citrus and minerals. Biting acidity on the palate with a nice core of tropical fruit and citrus. The finish adds more acidity plus a nice stone aftertaste.
