Saturday, September 12, 2015 - Light red, strawberry jam color. Cloudy.
Sugary fruit compote on the nose: raspberries, strawberries, peach and fig. Vanilla and mascarpone with white pepper in the background.
Delicious interplay of tart fruit and ripe plum and fig, baked peach pit. Lively acidity.
