Tuesday, July 12, 2011 - Slow-o for 4 hours, consumed over 1 hour. Lively red cherries and berries with some good acidity, with a nondescript savory note in the background. It seems that others picked up more of a bitterness than I did, but we also gave it lots of time to settle. Solid and pleasing, if not spectacular. Might pick up nuance with age, given a year or two.
