Wednesday, April 17, 2013 - Showing much better but still needed a couple hours in the decanter. Nose: blackcurrant, wood, spice. Palate: dark fruit, a little jammy, herbal (sage ), black cherry, tobacco, vanilla, anise. Mid to long smooth finish, some fine tannin.
