Sunday, February 7, 2016 - Started out with some real barnyard/stable aromas(reduction), but after two hours really transformed. Palate became very rich with herbal notes, evergreen, olive, meat, black fruits emerging on the nose. There was a floral element adding to the rustic elegance of the wine. I would drink up and recommend decanting in advance. This wine needs patience when opened.
