Monday, May 20, 2013 - Very light and tasty with medium+ sweetness (for a spat). Lacks much of the depth and minerally backbone that can be found in top producers like JJ Prum, which leaves the sweetness hanging out there. Regardless an enjoyable bottle of Mosel riesling that paired quite well with a spicy cajun chicken dish.
