Sunday, April 17, 2011 - I'm not usually prone to open CA Cab, but it fit this dinner. Huge fruit, very very full red and blue fruit palate. Tannins were there, but nearly concealed. This will last a long time and kept improving in the glass. I very much like this wine and it blew away the 08 Schrader CCS we had with it. I'm not going to stock up on it, but will order it off the menu next time someone wants a good CA cab.
