93 Points

Wednesday, June 29, 2011 - Perfume candy, cherry prune on the nose. Silky, velvety mouthfeel. Light on its feet. Oak is well integrated, but the fruit is just solid, it doesn't force its way into the mixd. Relatively hidden acid, but there is a pulse. In the end, it just doesn't have the density or finish to be a classic wine to me. Lots of new world goodness, and definitely a step up and much more elegant than their standard cabernet however.
