Monday, August 15, 2011 - A nice change from fruity, oaky wines this is "old world" in style with a fresh, neutral taste dominated by mineral and lemon peel notes. Feels weighty in the mouth, and stands up well to richer fish (tuna, halibut) and its neutrality makes it a nice partner for flavorful summer vegetables, too.
